Products that are not eligible for return or exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items. Please understand that this is due to the nature of the products.
- Products that have been delivered more than 9 days ago
- Products that have been opened once (excluding bras)
- If the package, price tag, or tag is torn or damaged
- Sale items (discounted items) and lucky bags
- Products ordered as gifts
- Returns and exchanges for some products in the "Bulk Purchase Discount", "Variable Selection Discount", "Set Discount" and "Set Products" categories
- Exchange resulting in a difference
- *Except in the case of defective products.
- *We cannot accept returns if the product defect is due to customer negligence.

Return Policy
