About points

Points can be used at Gunze's official online store and direct stores, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.
You can check the available points and their expiration date on your My Page.

How to use points

When specifying your ordering method, there will be a "Use points" option. Please enter the points you wish to use and press the "Set and proceed to confirm order" button.

Check your points history

You can check your points history in the "Points History" section of your My Page.

How to earn points

You can earn points in two ways:

1. You will earn 1 point for every 100 yen (tax included) you spend.
   • *Payments made with points are also eligible for points.
   • *Shipping costs are not eligible for points.
   • Points are calculated for each product purchased.
   • *Decimals will be rounded down.
   • *When purchasing with the buy-all discount, the conditions for point allocation may differ.

   If your total purchase amount for the past year is 10,000 yen or more (tax included)
   Become a "Premium Member" andDouble points!

   *Not applicable during campaigns such as 10x points.

2. If you post a review on the product you ordered,
   principle,Earn 20 points for each review.

   About review submission

   The accumulated points can be used for your next purchase or later, with 1 point = 1 yen.

   *Points can also be used for shipping fees.

Timing of points allocation

• The points will be credited on the shipping date of your purchase.
• Review points will be awarded within 3 business days after your review is posted.

Points accrual when returning or exchanging products

If you return or cancel an order, the points awarded for the purchased item will be cancelled. (Decimals will be rounded down.)
In the case of an exchange, the points awarded for the returned item will be cancelled and new points will be awarded for the value of the exchanged item.

• * Points will be processed based on the point multiplier at the time of purchase (multiplier may change due to events, etc.).
• *If you are a premium member at the time of purchase, points awarded for returns and exchanges will generally be processed at the member rate.

Points expiration date

Accumulated points can be used for one year from the date of your last order.

• *If you earn points through a campaign or other means after your last order date, they will be awarded one year after the date they were awarded.

Check your points

When you make a purchase, the number of points you have used and the number of points awarded will be listed on the invoice. Please log in and check the number of points you have from "My Page" to see how many points you can use for your next purchase.

• *If you earn points through a campaign or other means after the final order acceptance date, they will be valid for one year from the date they were awarded.

• Your points cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Your points cannot be transferred to another person.
• There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate, and there is also no limit to the number of points you can use per order.
• Points cannot be transferred to a different membership registration.

You can get them through targeted campaigns. (Campaigns are held irregularly.)

■How to use limited-time points

As with regular points, 1 point = 1 yen and can be used from 1 point.
Please enter the number of points in the "Use points" field when specifying the ordering method.

• *If you have both regular points and limited-time points, the limited-time points will be used first.
• *If you have limited-time points with different expiration dates, the points with the nearest expiration date will be used first.
