Coupon Types

There are two types of coupons we issue:

Coupon numbers will be provided and customers will have to enter them manually
Coupons are automatically awarded to customers and can be selected automatically after logging in (award-type coupons)

How to use coupons

If you have a coupon code

If you have a coupon code from a campaign, etc., press the "Change" button. Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field. Press "Set and proceed to confirm order" to apply the coupon discount.

If you have a reward coupon

If you have a cash-on-delivery coupon, click "Show available coupons." Select the coupon you want from the "List of available coupons" and click "Set and proceed to confirm your order" to apply the coupon discount.

If you forget to use a coupon

We cannot apply the coupon discount after the order has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel your order and then place a new order using the coupon.

If the order is listed as "unshipped" in your order history on your My Page, you can cancel it yourself.
We cannot guarantee stock when you place a reorder.
Please pay attention to the expiration date of the coupon.
If your order is already in the "preparing for shipment" state, please contact us using the inquiry form.

If you are returning a portion of an order that was made using a coupon

If the total amount of the returned items does not meet the coupon usage conditions, the discount will not be applied and the amount will be refunded minus the coupon discount amount.

Example) Coupon usage conditions: A 500 yen discount coupon that can be used on purchases totaling 5,000 yen or more (tax included).

Purchase items worth 4,000 yen (tax included) and 2,000 yen (tax included) (total amount: 6,000 yen (tax included)) and use a 500 yen off coupon

6,000 yen (tax included) (total amount) - 500 yen (coupon amount) = 5,500 yen (tax included) (payment amount)

When returning a product worth 2,000 yen (including tax)

6,000 yen (tax included) (total amount) - 2,000 yen (tax included) (returned item price) = 4,000 yen (tax included) (total amount after return)

The total amount is less than 5,000 yen (tax included), so the coupon usage conditions are not met. The refund amount will be 1,500 yen minus the coupon discount amount.

2,000 yen (tax included) (returned product price) - 500 yen (coupon amount) = 1,500 yen (tax included) (refund amount)
