Confirmation of your order

After your order has been accepted, a notification that your order has been accepted will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

Notification when out of stock

Popular products and sales events, etc.If there is a large number of orders, depending on the timing, the product may be out of stock even after the order has been received.In that case, we will contact you again (by email or phone).

*Please note that the stock is not reserved when you add an item to your cart.

Cancelling or changing your order

We sincerely apologize, but unless it is unavoidable,Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (such as changing the product or delivery address).We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will only accept returns and exchanges after the product arrives.

*The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to cancel

Please select the "Order ID" you wish to cancel from "Order History" on your My Page.
If there is a "Cancel this order" button on your order history details page, you can cancel your order.
Please press the "Cancel this order" button, select the reason for cancellation, and then press the "Cancel" button.
A message will appear asking "Do you want to cancel your order?" Click "OK" to complete the cancellation.

  • For orders paid by credit card, payment will be processed at the time of shipment.

Delivery Schedule

  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped after the item arrives. Please check the "Expected Delivery Date" on the product page before placing your order.
  • The "estimated delivery date" may be subject to change due to shipping circumstances.
  • You can specify a delivery time, but we cannot specify a delivery date.
  • We will contact you by email as soon as the product has been shipped.

When displaying dual prices using a comparison price on each product page on this website, the comparison price for discounted products is based on the suggested retail price set by our company.
