Delivery Information

Delivery time

Normally, orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 days from the date of order via Yamato Transport from our shipping center in Tochigi Prefecture.
The number of days it takes for delivery to your destination will vary depending on the delivery area.

  • *Delivery may be delayed due to business hours, such as Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays, inventory, and system maintenance.
  • *Delivery may be delayed depending on stock availability, traffic conditions, weather, etc.

If your order is not urgent, we recommend the "Slow Delivery" option.
If you specify a delivery date a little in the future, we will give you points.

  • *Please note that points awarded through the Yukkuri Delivery Service have an expiration date.
  • *The number of points awarded, expiration date, and target date settings may change.
  • *Points will be awarded on the shipping date of your purchased item.

Specify delivery date and time

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery date and time.

  • *For some areas, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date and time.

Desired delivery day

If no delivery date is specified, your order will be shipped within 2-5 days of the order date.

  • *If you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please proceed without selecting a delivery date.
    • *If you are not at home when the delivery is made, we may leave a "delivery notice".
      You can specify the date and time of receipt by using the method indicated on the "absence notice".

Slow delivery

If your order is not urgent, we recommend the "Slow Delivery" option.

What orders are not eligible for Nekopos?
  • Orders with a specified delivery date and time.
  • Orders where the payment method is cash on delivery.
  • Orders that specify a gift.
  • Orders where the purchased item does not fit into a specified box or paper bag.

*Even if you order via "Nekoposu", your order may not fit into the standard box or paper bag and may be delivered by courier.
In this case, no additional shipping charges will be incurred.

  • If it is not possible to post it, a notice will be posted and it will be returned.
  • It will be delivered in a box or paper bag that is within square A4 size (31.2cm x 22.8cm), 2.5cm thick, and weighs 1kg or less.
    (In consideration of the environment, we are changing to eco-friendly paper bags (with the contents not visible from the outside) from time to time. Please note that some items will be packed in boxes.)
  • Nekopos is a product that cannot be forwarded.
  • If you specify a delivery address to be held at a shipping company office, we will not be able to accommodate your request and the package will be returned.
    *If you would like to have your package delivered to a Yamato Transport office, please make the settings here.

Pick up at convenience stores and Yamato Transport offices

Items ordered from Gunze Store can be picked up at convenience stores and Yamato Transport offices nationwide.

Available stores

You can pick up your order at Family Mart, Daily Yamazaki, New Days, Popura, Seikatsu Saika, and Yamato Transport offices.

  • *Pickup cannot be done at PUDO stations.
  • *Some stores are not eligible.

Ineligible orders

If you select the following options on the order screen, an error message will appear and you will not be able to place the order.

  • Orders with a desired delivery date
  • Orders where the payment method is "Cash on Delivery" or "Amazon Pay"
    (Credit card payment/PayPay payment is available)
  • Orders for Nekopos eligible products with "Nekopos" selected as the delivery method
  • Large quantity orders (if this is not possible, we will ship to your home instead)

how to order

  1. Once you have added the items to your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout"
  2. Click "Change" for delivery address
  3. Check "Convenience store pickup" and click "Select pickup location"
  4. The search screen for the store where you want to receive the item will be displayed.
    To search for the area where you want to receive your order by postal code, enter the postal code and click "Search."

  5. Check the map displayed and select a location from the list displayed at the bottom.
  6. Once you have selected your store, click "Set and proceed to confirm your order."
  7. If there are no errors in your order, click "Confirm Order" to complete your order.

Receiving method

Yamato Transport will deliver to the convenience store or office of your choice.
Once the product has arrived at your designated store and is ready for collection, you will receive a "Delivery Completion Email" from Yamato Transport.
Please check the tracking number (inquiry number) and authentication number required for receipt.
You can also check the invoice number (inquiry number) and authentication number from your My Page "Order History" section.

What you need to receive your item

At FamilyMart
Please present the special authentication barcode printed on your "Delivery Completion Notification" at the cash register.
*If you cannot display the barcode or are using a feature phone, enter the shipping invoice number and authentication number on the multi-copy machine in the store to print out an "application ticket" and present it at the register.
*You can also check your authentication number from My Page > Order History > Order History Details.
Other convenience stores and offices
  • Invoice number (inquiry number), authentication number
  • Identification document (driver's license, etc.)

  • We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been confirmed. Please cancel your order and place it again.
  • The day the product arrives at the convenience store or office is counted as the first day, and the product will be stored until the third day, but will be returned to us on the fourth day. In this case, your order will be "cancelled." Please collect the product by the storage period stated in the notification email after it arrives.
    *The storage period cannot be extended.
  • If you do not receive a "Delivery Completion Email" from Yamato Transport, you can check the shipping slip number (inquiry number) and authentication number required for receiving the package from your My Page.
    Please check your order details by going to My Page - Order History - Clicking on your Order ID.
    *The effect will be reflected after the product arrives at the convenience store or sales office.

If you select "Gift wrapping", the price tag of the product will be hidden with a sticker before delivery. If you do not select this option, the price tag of the product will not be hidden before delivery.

  • If the sender and the recipient are different, or if you have selected gift wrapping, we will issue an invoice without the price listed. (If you need a receipt, please let us know and we will mail it to you separately.)
  • Please note that when shipping to an address other than your own, payment must be made by credit card.
  • Please note that we cannot change to gift wrapping after your order has been completed.
  • If you request gift wrapping, eco-packaging is not available.

Receiving your goods

If you refuse to accept deliveries, are absent for an extended period of time, or continue to resend deliveries for personal reasons, we may restrict your use of our store.

If the product is not received within the storage period set by the shipping company (7 days for cash on delivery, 10 days for prepaid) from the date of arrival at the delivery store, the product will be returned to our store and will be considered "cancelled."
If you would like your order re-delivered, please place a new order.
Please note that we may charge you a fee for the return shipping.

  • Shipping charges for forwarding to another address after the product has been shipped may be charged to you upon delivery.
  • As of June 1, 2023, Yamato Transport's free forwarding service has ended. Therefore, if you change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, the shipping fee will be charged to you. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before placing your order.
