Membership registration and customer information

Important points regarding membership registration

Each customer is limited to one membership registration ID.

Only one email address can be registered.
If we determine that a person has registered multiple memberships or engaged in other malicious activity, we may suspend their use of all services without notice.

*We are unable to accommodate requests for point transfers.

About device-dependent characters

Model-dependent characters are characters that depend on the type of computer or environment (OS) and may cause garbled characters when displayed in a different environment.
In addition to Roman numerals, there are abbreviated characters and half-width katakana. If the information you enter contains device-dependent characters, it may not be possible to register the name correctly. Please be careful as these characters are often used in apartment and building names.

How to order

Regarding changes to the new carrier plans "ahamo", "povo" and "LINEMO"

If you change to one of the new pricing plans offered by various companies from March 2021, such as NTT Docomo's "ahamo," au's "povo," or LINE and SoftBank's new brand "LINEMO," you will not be able to use your carrier email address.
If the email address registered with Gunze Store is set to one of the carrier email addresses listed below, after changing to the new carrier plan, you will no longer be able to receive emails from Gunze Store regarding orders, password resets, newsletters, etc.
Before changing to the new rate plan, please change your registered email address to a different one (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).

1. Your basic information

Please enter your information required for membership registration.
Your name, address, phone number, and other information will be required to contact you and deliver your product.

After filling out each item, please read the "Terms of Use" and, if you agree, check "I agree to the Terms of Use" and press the "Proceed to Confirmation Screen" button.

What is the Favorites feature?

After selecting the color and size you want, you can register the product as a favorite. You can then select and purchase the product from the "Favorites List" on your My Page, eliminating the need to go through the trouble of searching for the product.

How to register

There are two ways to register.

  1. On the product detail page, select your favorite color and size.
  2. Press the "Add to Favorites" button.

How to purchase from your favorites

  1. Click on the favorites icon on the top right of the page.
    • *You must log in to view your registered details. If you are a first-time user, please register as a member.
    • *If you are logged in, you can also check it from the "Favorites List" on your My Page.

  2. You can purchase the product by pressing the "Add to Cart" button on the product you want to purchase from your "Favorites List."
    • *Depending on when you purchase, the item may be out of stock.

Forgot your password? Reset your password

On the login page, click on "Forgot your password? Click here to reset your password" and enter your registered email address. When you press the "Send" button, an automatic email will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
