What is a friend referral?

If you introduce a friend to the Gunze Store, both you and your friend will receive a 500 yen discount!
Your friend will receive a 500 yen discount on their first purchase, and you will receive a 500 yen discount (on your next purchase) after your friend's first order has been shipped.

Referral process

There are two ways to introduce yourself.

1. Send an invitation email to your friends from the friend referral campaign page

Please enter your friend's information on the campaign page below and submit it.
*You will need the email address of the friend you want to introduce.

Your friend will receive an introduction email from the Gunze Store.
Please register as a member using the dedicated URL provided in the email.
If you register using the dedicated URL, your friend referral code will already be reflected, so registration is easy!

2. Tell your friends the referral code

1. Check the "Refer a Friend Campaign" on your My Page and give the "Refer a Friend Code" to your friends.

   

   

2. Your friend who has received the referral code should enter the "Friend Referral Code" on the new member registration screen to register as a member.
   *New registrations made via the app's point card are not eligible.

Get a special gift of 500 yen off your first purchase
*The 500 yen discount will be automatically applied upon your first order.

To the person who introduced me...

After your friend's first order is shipped, you will receive a 500 yen discount on their next purchase.
*The 500 yen discount will be applied automatically.

please note

• The 500 yen discount is only applicable when the total product amount is 1,500 yen or more.
• Please let your friends know in advance.
• The rewards for your referred friends will only be applied to their first order.
• If you cancel your first order, the bonus will be void. Please be careful not to make any mistakes when ordering.
• At the time your friend registers as a new member, it is assumed that you have a history of purchasing products at the Gunze Store.

Please note that we will not be able to accept your friend referral in the following cases:

• Friends who are already registered as members at Gunze Store
• If you register as a new member using the point card in the app
• (Introducing customers who have been introduced in the past or have a purchase history at Gunze Store)
• If you cannot identify your friend's address, phone number, or name
• Multiple referrals to the same address
• If your friend refuses to accept the reward
• If we can't deliver to your friend's address
• If you contact us after we have delivered the product
