About reviews
  • Reviews can only be submitted for products currently on sale in our store. Please note that reviews cannot be submitted for products that have been discontinued.
  • In the product reviews, you can freely post your opinions and thoughts about the products you have purchased. However, please note that the publication of reviews will be determined in accordance with our store's terms and conditions.
  • The contents may be subject to minimal revision.
  • The copyright (including the rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of any product reviews posted by customers belongs to Gunze Co., Ltd., and customers shall not exercise any moral rights. In addition, all other intellectual property rights and application rights shall belong to Gunze Co., Ltd.
Timing of points acquisition/issuance
  • Your review will be published when the page is published. It will take about 3 business days after posting.
  • Even if your review is published, you will not receive any email or other communication.
Points expiration date
  • The points you earn by posting a review can be used 365 days from the date they are awarded.

  • All reviews are eligible for points.
Check your points
  • You can post reviews for all products you have ordered, but you cannot post reviews for discontinued products.
  • If you purchase the same product in different colors and sizes, you can post a review for each one. If you purchase multiple items of the same product (same size and color), you can only post one review.
  • Your points cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Your points cannot be transferred to another person.
  • There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate, and there is also no limit to the number of points you can use per order.
