You can use one pair both indoors and when you sleep. The toes can be opened and closed, so you can keep your ankles warm and take care of your nails at the same time. The socks are designed to have an opening on the top of the foot so that the soles of your feet can walk comfortably when walking, and so that the top of your feet can be easily moved to the bottom of your feet when you sleep on your stomach.

Wearing socks while sleeping can cause your feet to get sweaty... We've added soft cotton pile fabric to the toes to solve that problem. When you close the toes and wear them as socks, you can stay comfortable even if you sweat.
