Organic CottonWhat is
2～3年以上農薬や化学肥料を使用していないという厳格な基準を守り、
認証機関に認められた土地で、さらに一切の農薬や化学肥料を使用せず
栽培された綿花のことです。
普通のコットンとの違いはありませんが、生産の過程でCO2の排出量が少なく、
農地で働く人たちへの農薬被害も防ぐことができるので、
環境にも人にもやさしいという特徴があります。

コットン肌着の取り扱いについて

Wash as soon as possible
Even if it doesn't look dirty at first glance, underwear worn all day will have absorbed sweat and dust. The longer you leave the dirt on it, the harder it will be to remove, so we recommend washing it as soon as possible after taking it off.

Adjust the shape and dry
Cotton has the characteristic of shrinking easily when washed. First, carefully stretch the fabric vertically, where it is less likely to stretch, then horizontally, where it is more likely to stretch, and then hang it out to dry, adjusting its shape. This will help prevent wrinkles and loss of shape.

Give it a few days off
Let your underwear rest for a few days after wearing it to allow the threads to recover sufficiently. It will last longer if you have several underwear and rotate them rather than wearing your favorite underwear every day.

Replacement sign
Underwear also has a lifespan. The sign is when the fabric starts to thin out.
You may be thinking, "But it's not torn yet...", but the comfort and moisture absorption properties have decreased, so it's time to go ahead and replace it with a new one.

When using bleach...
If you use chlorine bleach, dissolve it in lukewarm water or cold water before washing your laundry.
*Please note that while chlorine bleach will whiten the fabric, it will also remove cotton wax (a natural wax that cotton naturally contains), which can damage the fabric and shorten the product's lifespan.
